Welcome to Chasing Perspectives! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, including our digital products, online courses, and branding resources.

By purchasing or using our preset packs, online courses, or any branding materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products or services.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Chasing Perspectives, operated by Josh Beames.
• “Customer” refers to any individual purchasing or using any of our products or services.
• “Digital Products” includes preset packs, online courses, and branding/logo materials available for purchase.
• “Services” refers to all coaching, courses, workshops, and additional photography services provided by Chasing Perspectives.

2. Purchasing Digital Products and Services

Eligibility

• Customers must be at least 16 years of age to make purchases from Chasing Perspectives. By making a purchase, you confirm you are of legal age.

Payment and Fees

• All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated during checkout.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided within our products and services is the exclusive property of Chasing Perspectives, including but not limited to logos, branding, preset packs, course materials, instructional videos, and images. Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use our products for any commercial purpose other than personal use.

• eBooks: Our eBooks are licensed for individual use only. Any sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of these files is prohibited.
• Preset Packs: Our presets are licensed for individual use only. Any sharing, reselling, or unauthorised distribution of these files is prohibited.
• Courses: Materials and resources provided in our online courses are for personal use only. Redistribution or reselling of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Branding Materials: Any logos, brand assets, or designs provided by Chasing Perspectives are intended solely for the brand identity of Chasing Perspectives. Use of these assets for personal branding or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on online courses if specific criteria are met:

• To request a refund, customers must email hello@chasingperspectives.com within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving your request, we will send a refund questionnaire that must be completed and returned to process the refund.
• Refunds are not available for preset packs or downloadable branding materials due to the nature of digital products.

Your deposit is fully refundable until 6 months before the trip. After that it is non-refundable, but you can move it to another date. If you cancel between 6 and 3 months before the trip, we refund your balance and keep the deposit. Within 3 months of the start, payments are non-refundable.

Paid in full when you book. Cancel more than 3 months before the workshop for a full refund. Within 3 months of the start, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

Customers agree not to:

• Use Chasing Perspectives products or services in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Access, copy, or distribute any materials provided without express permission from Chasing Perspectives.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access to purchased content without a refund, and, where applicable, legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chasing Perspectives and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to data loss, technical issues, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Modification of Terms

Chasing Perspectives reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia.
